Questa sezione contiene le condizioni generali di vendita applicate per gli acquisti nel negozio on line della società Time Rivestimenti Srl. con sede in Via Musone, 20 a Pescara 65129. Provincia di Pescara. Partita Iva 00902510684.

Si informa la gentile clientela che queste Condizioni Generali sono le sole a poter essere applicate e sostituiscono tutte le altre condizioni espresse e scritte. Si consiglia di prendere visione dell’intero documento prima di effettuare operazioni di acquisto sul sito. Le seguenti condizioni si intendono accettate dal Cliente senza esclusione alcuna nell’esatto istante in cui viene effettuata l’operazione di ordine sul sito.

Modalità di acquisto

1. Il Cliente può acquistare solo gli articoli presenti nel catalogo elettronico al momento dell’inoltro dell’ordine e visionabili online all’indirizzo www.timerivestimenti.it così come descritti nelle relative schede informative. Resta inteso che l’immagine a corredo della scheda descrittiva di un articolo può non essere perfettamente rappresentativa delle sue caratteristiche ma differire per colore, dimensioni, articoli accessori presenti in figura.
2. La corretta ricezione dell’ordine è confermata da Time Rivestimenti mediante una risposta via e-mail, inviata all’indirizzo di posta elettronica comunicato dal Cliente. Tale messaggio di conferma riporterà data e ora di esecuzione dell’ordine e un ‘Numero Ordine Cliente’, da utilizzarsi in ogni ulteriore comunicazione con Time Rivestimenti. Il messaggio ripropone tutti i dati inseriti dal Cliente che si impegna a verificarne la correttezza e a comunicare tempestivamente eventuali correzioni, secondo le modalità descritte in questo documento.
   Nel caso in cui la merce non è del tutto disponibile sarete ricontattati.

Gli ordini dei Clienti sono soddisfatti nei limiti della quantità di prodotti disponibili. Nel caso in cui il prodotto ordinato non sia disponibile, Time Rivestimenti si impegna a contattare il Cliente via e-mail entro 15 giorni a partire dalla data dell’ordine per informarlo dei tempi necessari per la consegna del prodotto ordinato. Nel caso in cui l’indisponibilità del prodotto sia dovuta ad un arresto definitivo della produzione dello stesso da parte del produttore, Time Rivestimenti potrà proporre al cliente un prodotto di qualità e prezzo equivalenti. In caso di rifiuto da parte del cliente, Time Rivestimenti procederà al rimborso del prodotto indisponibile.

Prezzi

I prezzi di vendita indicati sul Sito non includono le spese di consegna. Le spese di consegna sono sempre a carico dei Clienti e sono fatturate alla fine dell’ordine come supplemento ai prodotti selezionati.

Time Rivestimenti srl si riserva il diritto di modificare i prezzi in ogni momento, ma si impegna in ugual misura ad applicare i prezzi indicati sul Sito al momento dell’effettuazione dell’ordine.

Modalità di Pagamento

Le modalità di pagamento previste dal negozio sono :

• Carta di Credito (metodo Stripe): Stripe è una piattaforma esterna per i pagamenti online che consente al tuo e-commerce di accettare pagamenti con bancomat, carta ricaricabile o carta di credito. È una soluzione sicura e rapida: i pagamenti vengono elaborati praticamente all’istante.
• Pagamento con Bonifico Bancario anticipato: In caso di pagamento con Bonifico Bancario Anticipato, quanto ordinato dal Cliente verrà mantenuto impegnato fino al ricevimento della prova di avvenuto bonifico, da inviarsi agli indirizzi comunicati al momento della conferma dell’ordine via fax o e-mail entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi dalla data di accettazione dell’ordine.
• PayPal: PayPal è un sistema di pagamento on-line che prevede l’apertura di un conto presso PayPal. Scegliendo questa modalità, dopo aver cliccato “Completa il pagamento con PayPal”, si viene reindirizzati ad una pagina del sito PayPal dove inserire e-mail e password del conto Paypal, per poter effettuare il pagamento dell’ordine.Per ogni transazione eseguita con questo metodo viene inviata un’e-mail di conferma da PayPal.L’importo dell’ordine viene addebitato sul conto PayPal al momento dell’acquisizione dell’ordine.In caso di annullamento l’importo viene rimborsato sul conto PayPal del cliente.Si accettano pagamenti esclusivamente da utenti registrati sul sito PayPal italiano.

Modalità di consegna

Time Rivestimenti si avvale, per le consegne in Italia e all’estero, di corrieri espressi o Poste Italiane. I tempi di consegna, variano dalle 24 alle 72 ore, dal momento dell’avvenuta. Cosa fare al momento della consegna:

1. Verificare l’integrità della confezione.
2. Solo nell’eventualità di danni materiali esterni dell’imballaggio e/o del prodotto dovuti al trasporto, l’ordine dovrà essere accettato apponendo, sulla lettere di vettura del corriere, la dicitura “Accetto con riserva circostanziata” ed una descrizione dettagliata dei danni visibili sull’esterno della scatola (esempio: “collo bagnato”, “collo aperto”, ecc.) seguita dalla propria firma. Nelle 48 ore successive, inviare un’e-mail a info@timerivestimenti.it descrivendo l’accaduto ed indicando i riferimenti di spedizione. In caso contrario, l’eventuale richiesta di rimborso inerente a tali danni sarà automaticamente rifiutata.
3. Nel caso non si riscontrino problemi, accettare la consegna.
   Nel caso in cui i prodotti debbano essere rispediti dai Clienti, questi ultimi dovranno procedere alla rispedizione degli stessi entro 48 ore dalla data di consegna, inviandoli al seguente indirizzo Time Rivestimenti Srl., Via Musone, 20, 65129 Pescara Italia.

Per permettere a Time Rivestimenti snc di contattarli in caso di necessità, i Clienti sono pregati di indicare:

Spese di spedizione

Spese di spedizione in Italia

Si parte da una Tariffa unica € 6,90 (Italia) e a secoda della quantità di merce, dal volume il programma calcola la tariffa esatta.

Per le spedizioni all’estero il costo dipende dal paese e dal peso. Vi sarà comunicato via e-mail dopo aver pesato la merce.

Risoluzione online delle controversie per i consumatori

L’assenza di detti dati comporta la cancellazione automatica dell’ordine. L’iscrizione al Sito comporta l’obbligo di fornire delle informazioni personali veritiere e sincere. In ogni momento i Clienti possono inviare una richiesta a Time Rivestimenti per verificare esattamente quali e quanti dati personali sono stati memorizzati (l’accesso è strettamente riservato ai propri dati personali). GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Purchase mode

Customer orders are satisfied within the limits of the quantity of products available. In the event that the ordered product is not available, Time Rivestimenti undertakes to contact the Customer by e-mail within 15 days from the date of the order to inform him of the time necessary for the delivery of the ordered product. Prices

Delivery methods
